About the MDHS ECA
The Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences (MDHS) Early Career Academic (ECA) Network is a not-for-profit, ECA-run group associated with MDHS at the University of Melbourne. The core objective of the MDHS ECA Network is to provide representation and support to, and advocate on behalf of, early career academics to achieve research excellence and improve wellbeing at MDHS.
The Network fosters participation on MDHS faculty committees, organises career and skills development workshops, social events, and annual early career academic-focused town halls and symposia through coordinated efforts with early career groups in the faculty and beyond.
