Clinical Psychology
Thank you for choosing a student from the Clinical Psychology program. Placements are a major component of the professional training in clinical psychology at the University of Melbourne and complements coursework and didactic units. Beyond specific skill training and a variety of clinical experiences, placements constitute the primary opportunity for development of a professional identity. On placement, trainees begin to act as autonomous professionals, and to develop their paths of specialisation and future employment.
