Conclusion of Placement

After the successful completion of the Professional Practice Unit (PPU), please complete:

  1. Workplace Supervisor Report

    The Workplace Supervisor Report is worth 20% of the student’s overall mark. You can download it here.

    Each ranking given by you across the skill area will be graded to contribute to an overall final result: Above Excellent = 5, Excellent = 4, Very Good=3, Good = 2, Needs Work = 1

  2. PPU Subject Evaluation

    A short evaluation about the Professional Practice Unit (PPU) subject. You can download it here.
