The Bastas Academy for Health Leadership is a joint initiative between Melbourne Business School and the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, dedicated to building leadership capability across the health sector. It offers a range of executive education courses for clinical and operational leaders — from emerging leaders to those driving complex organisational change and innovation — alongside applied research into the health of Australian health leadership.
