Student Voice on Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee
Expressions of Interest are open for graduate students to join faculty's Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee.
The sub-Faculty Executive Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee (DIAC); chaired by the Associate Dean, Diversity and Inclusion is seeking to appoint two new student representatives who have a strong interest in improving equity, diversity, and inclusion issues across the faculty, particularly in the student community.
The DIAC would like to engage more students in the development of faculty’s ongoing diversity and inclusion priorities, and receive input and guidance on matters of student experience.
As a student representative you will have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty decision-makers and leaders, increase your engagement with the faculty’s diversity, equity and inclusion program, provide feedback on student issues, and gain valuable skills to assist you in your career.
The commitment requires attendance at 4-5 meetings during the academic year. Any queries, please contact us
