Transform your digital health idea into a project to truly drive healthcare innovation

Have an idea to improve clinical practice but not sure how to make it happen?

This self-paced online course helps you turn your idea into a practical, evidence-based project in just six weeks. You’ll get templates, tools, and two opportunities for expert feedback to guide you along the way.

Working in short, focused steps, you’ll build your project piece by piece—whether it’s for a research project, an internal business case, or external funding.

By the end of the course, you will:

  • Clearly define the problem using insights from stakeholders perspectives, literature, and organisational contexts.
  • Shape a solution that uses data and digital tools as enablers to improve care—addressing real-world challenges with a people-centered and value-driven approach.
  • Communicate your idea effectively to clinicians, consumers, IT teams, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure your project considers digital health equity and accessibility.
  • Produce a project brief tailored to your goals.
