Support for Galaxy Australia users

If you use Galaxy Australia – and even if you don't! – you should take a look at the updated and expanded Galaxy Resources section on the Melbourne Bioinformatics website. Our Galaxy Outreach Specialist, Tristan Reynolds, has been busy creating a set of pages which explain how we support Galaxy Australia users in the University of Melbourne and the Parkville Preinct, as well as showcasing all the contributions Melbourne Bioinformatics has made to the Galaxy community over the years.

For example, you can find out how to contact Tristan for support, or how to acknowledge Melbourne Bioinformatics or Galaxy Australia in publications. You can also browse dozens of tutorials we've helped to write on everything from a short introduction to Galaxy to the basics of using git from the command line, or check out all the workflows we've contributed to, ranging from unicycler training to TB variant analysis. And if you're new to Galaxy, have a look at the overview page – or just ask Tristan for help!
