Collaborating to realise the power of data, AI and digital technology in healthcare.

Established in 2020, our vision is to be a trusted partner and convenor in health innovation – catalysing the responsible use of data, AI, and digital technologies, the safe and equitable development and adoption of innovation, and a workforce confident and capable in driving digital transformation.

To help bring this vision to life, the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health houses a research platform and education team focused on driving efficient, meaningful change in healthcare. The Centre connects the strengths in health and medical research in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, to the strengths in informatics, computing and data science in the School of Computing and Information Systems.

We work with research, clinical and commercial collaborators to upskill teams and de-risk the integration of promising digital technologies into routine clinical practice.
