About
Donor: Commencing in 2010 the University conducted a public appeal, inviting donations from within and outside the University by an appeal form, which stated that donations were- ‘to support scholarships for students in medicine, dentistry and health sciences at The University of Melbourne.' Benefits
From 2018, up to 15 students will be accepted into the Doctor of Medicine & Master of Public Health program each year, and up to 15 scholarships will be offered every year at the value of $10,000 each.

Eligibility
Open to students enrolled in Master of Public Health as part of the Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health (MD/MPH) intercalated degree program.
The scholarship may be used at the recipients' discretion, for example, to cover living expenses during the MPH year of the program or to assist in paying course fees.
Selection
Selection is made at the discretion of the Head of Melbourne Medical School and the Head of the School of Population and Global Health.
Application
Enrolment into the Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health (MD/MPH) intercalated degree program automatically qualifies the students for consideration.
Outcome
Confirmation of scholarship offer will be in conjuction with course application acceptance. Payments will commence after acceptance of course offer and upon the completion of enrolment in the course.
