About
Donor: Joseph Levi and Kate Levi in memory of their son, the late Keith Maurice Levi MBBS (1914), AAMC, No 1 General Hospital, AIF and formerly of Royal Perth Hospital. He was a captain in the Australian Army Medical Corps attached as a regimental medical officer to the 2nd Hampshire Regiment and died in action at Cape Helles, Gallipoli on 7 August 1915.

Awarded annually to the top student in the subject Transition to Practice.
Outcome
Most merit based prize recipients will be advised in writing in Semester One of the following academic year.
