Dr Tami Yap
Tami has been involved in teaching at Melbourne Dental School since 2008. Tami completed a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours at Melbourne University in 2006 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons by examination in 2013.
She completed clinical training in Oral Medicine in 2015. Her PhD was in the field of oral cancer. Tami works in the specialty of Oral Medicine at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and Alfred Hospital. She is also part of the Dermatology and Oral & Maxillofacial Team at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Oral Mucosal Clinic at the Skin and Cancer Foundation of Victoria. Her research has been presented at international conferences and published in international peer-reviewed journals.
