We work to improve the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve. We invest in developing the careers and wellbeing of our students and staff, fostering a culture that supports us all to do our best work. We are guided by our values in our pursuit of excellence.
As a Faculty, we have worked collectively towards sustainable, targeted approaches to increase our Indigenous workforce and student recruitment and graduation. The Faculty’s diversity of expertise and knowledge has broadened by increasing our Indigenous academic leadership.
Diversity and Inclusion
We all have the right to a diverse and discrimination free workplace where gender; sexuality and sexual orientation; disability; health issues; ethnicity and race; and an individual’s background should not be a barrier to reaching their full potential.
Innovation and Enterprise
We are empowering our staff and students to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our community through innovation and research translation.
