Managing your Grant Webinar

Managing a successful grant for the first time poses a challenge for ECRs. This webinar will feature presentations from the MDHS Research, Innovation & Commercialisation (RIC) team to aid ECRs in learning how to make the most of their grant’s financial resources.

Featured topics include:

• ARC/NHMRC specific rules on expenses.
• Creating and managing a budget, monitoring spending, and understanding carry-over money.
• A practical approach on how to deal with not fully funded grants.
• Paying for national and international study costs, and divided study costs (e.g., between researchers or groups).
