EMCA Week at MDHS and MMS

Co-hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences ECA Network and Melbourne Medical School EMCA Advisory Committee, the inaugural theme of EMCA Week is Being an academic, what now and what next?

The inaugural EMCA week will offer online seminars on the following topics:

  • EMCA Strategies to a Successful Career
  • Never Be Too Shy to Self-Promote
  • Efficiency Matters for a Successful Project
  • If not NHMRC, what then?
  • Creating Infographics for Research Impact (Special Seminar)

The EMCA week will also bring an exciting opportunity to network with an in-person "Brainstorm and Brew" on 1 November between 9.30 am to 11.30 am. EMCAs will have a chance to share their experiences, showcase their research capabilities, and discuss potential collaboration opportunities. You with also have a chance to win travel awards (eligibility criteria applies).
