Request for participants in a user study about “Enhancing Waiting Room Experience for Telehealth Patients”

Have you ever had a Telehealth consultation with a GP or a specialist?

Researchers in the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health at The University of Melbourne are seeking participants for a study. While not a requirement, we particularly encourage people who have used self-monitoring (e.g. checking oxygen saturation level for Covid-19 and blood pressure level) at their home.

We aim to test a prototype application we built to enhance the experience of Telehealth consultations. We need you to help us in the design process of the application and provide us with feedback after using it. You can participate in either or both of the below:

• A focus group discussion to discuss and refine the design of the Telehealth application.
• Using the Telehealth application and giving us feedback.

We will be conducting interviews short surveys and recording your interactions with the application. Participants will receive a $50 gift card as a token of gratitude for participating in this study upon completion.
