Our Research
Across the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, Indigenous researchers are leading important, diverse work making a real impact in labs, clinics, classrooms, and communities.
Our research is as varied as the people behind it, reflecting various experiences, interests, and cultural knowledge.
At the heart of our work is the understanding that Indigenous research has the greatest impact when it's led by Indigenous people. When research is in Indigenous hands, it speaks more strongly to community priorities, respects cultural ways of knowing, and creates space for genuine change.
We're proud to share some of that work here.
