What an incredible day at the Collaborative Practice Centre's First Annual International Symposium on the Science of #Teamwork and #Collaboration in Healthcare!
We gathered to explore how design thinking can enhance teamwork in healthcare - innovating #spaces, understanding #team needs and enhancing #communication for better collaboration.

Keynote Highlights:
- Jonas Nordquist from Karolinska Institutet shared insights on Designing Spaces for Collaboration
- Chyonne Kreltszheim from Melbourne Business School inspired us with - From Influence to Confluence: Harnessing the Power of Diverse Perspectives in Teams.
- Marina Gertsberg from the University of Melbourne shared thoughts on The Role of Gendered Emotions and Social Movements.
Workshops brought practical, hands-on learning to the table. Big thanks to the facilitators of:

Convened by Prof Walter Eppich, a leading voice in team dynamics and debriefing practice, this symposium brought together health professions educators, team researchers, clinicians and health systems leaders to advance our collective understanding of the science of teamwork and collaboration in healthcare.
