Dr Andreia Bruno-Tomé, pharmacist by profession, is a distinguished workforce specialist with 17 years of experience leading diverse, global teams comprising individuals from more than 50 nationalities.
She led global teams to design innovative programs and policies for workforce optimisation and development, and digital health. Her extensive expertise includes strategy formulation, building partnerships, and program development for governments and esteemed organizations such as the World Health Organization and UNESCO. Andreia is a published author with over 60 published articles and a highly sought-after speaker, having delivered over 100 talks worldwide. In her role as an operational lead at Monash University, she revolutionised the pharmacy program by fostering collaboration across teams and integrating cutting-edge technologies, significantly enhancing the course structure and delivery.
