Donor: 2/9th Australian Field Ambulance Unit Association to commemorate the services of the late Colonel Hedley Frank Summons MBBS (1972), PGDLA (1933) to Australia in peace and war, his services to the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and his services in the Military Forces and also in honour and recognition of him as the Commanding Officer of the 2/19 Field Ambulance Unit and as first President of the Association.
The value of the prize is $413.

This prize exam is open final and penultimate year University of Melbourne Doctor of Medicine students.
The written prize exam will be held at 5:00 pm, Thursday 15 September 2022.
The prize exam consists of a one-hour written examination (short-answer and picture questions). Shortlisted candidates may then be invited to attend an additional viva examination.
Complete the registration form to partake in the written exam. Registrations close by 11:59 pm, Monday 12 September 2022.
Students will be notified about whether an oral examination will be taking place, and if they were shortlisted or not via their registered student email.
