Project Details

Our aim in this project is to explore epigenetic differences within identical twins with autism using an existing twin cohort from which we will have generated genome-wide data on DNA methylation state in three tissue types. This project will involve a high resolution analysis of DNA methylation of the most promising candidate genes identified in our genome-wide approach.
