The usability and user experience (UX) of health IT systems makes a significant impact on whether they are fully adopted by busy clinical staff in the health setting. Clinicians and health informatics specialists aim to develop a framework for improving users' interactions with health IT systems. In this seminar, Professor Chris Bain will discuss current work in this area, illustrated with a range of recent examples.
