Healthcare: A team sport

On 23 June 2022, the Melbourne Medical School and the Talent Enrichment Program hosted the webinar event ‘Healthcare: A team sport’.

In this webinar we heard from researchers in health professions, education and health workforce experts about the role of teams in health care, and how we can best develop learner capabilities for collaborative practice.

We also discussed how the University is working with healthcare partners (hospitals and communities) to develop high performing teams, clinician educators with skills in interprofessional education and ways to improve collaborative practice in the health workforce.
