Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I do the survey?

Please complete our initial online survey. It will take approximately ten minutes to complete.

The survey will also ask whether you would like to contribute further thoughts on specific topics. If you reply yes to this question, we will provide you the opportunity for further targeted input into areas you choose via email over the next month.

If you are limited for time, you may also choose to submit your ideas in brief through our ideas box

If you would prefer to provide your response in another format for accessibility reasons, please email mdhs-enquiries@unimelb.edu.au or phone 8344 5893 and we can provide another option suitable to your requirements.

The survey closes at midday on Friday 24 March 2017 (closing date has been extended by a week).
