The Lady Huntingfield Memorial Scholarship
The Lady Huntingfield Memorial Scholarship subscription fund, was set up with money which was raised by way of an appeal conducted by the City of Melbourne in 1943. The Lady Huntingfield Memorial Scholarship fund memorialises Lady Huntingfield, wife of the Fifth Baron Huntingfield, Governor of Victoria from 1934 to 1939, who had great interest in work for women and children.
The scholarship is open to all students accepted by the Board of Social Studies, University of Melbourne, and will be tenable for the duration of the Course of the Diploma of Social Studies.
