The School has a varied and strong research history into cardiometabolic diseases, covering conditions including diabetes, obesity, heart disease and different cardiac pathologies.  We conduct cutting-edge research, translating into practical outcomes through our strong links and embedding within leading hospitals in Melbourne, with many of our leading researchers also being clinical practitioners allowing them to directly apply their research in their clinical practice.
